We review each talent individually; by, conducting extensive assessments and interviews to learn about their work ethic, their drive, commitment levels, and past performances. We require all applicants to provide employment history, three work references, and a work philosophy statement. In addition to our basic verification process, we also provide criminal background and substance screening at the client's request.
